  • The Presentation of the Company. Overview.
  • Emphasizes the Mission, Vision and Values of VC GROUP INTL.
  • It informs them How to do the Cleaning? Proposals complimented by the professional’s experience How to work in the properties? Care. Materials. Delivery time.
  • Professionals in maintenance work are required parts and supplies of the best quality.
  • A Contract will be signed that must be fulfilled, otherwise the Contractor will be sanctioned according to the Law of the City.
  • Payments will be stipulated in the Contract as well as the delivery time and the Guarantee.






7. You must comply with our customer service protocols. Comply with our required schedule (Dates and Time)

  • Comply with the established schedule (in the Condominium and with the client).
  • Do not establish any direct contact with the client.
  • Perform duties respecting the rules of the property or condominium and deliver materials to the person the company has.
  • Receive the project supervisor when we considers it necessary.
  • Strictly comply with the guarantee stipulated in the Contract.
  • Clean with products that are not harmful to health.
  • Leave the objects where they belong.
  • If something is left behind on the property, notify the Company and deliver it to the Construction Supervisor, who will take care of returning it.
  • The company will always send someone to close and inspect the final project.

LABOR CONDITIONS
The Company requires its collaborators:

  • Wear the identification that VC GROUP INTL gives you, and return it when you leave, you will be under legal and economic sanction if you do not.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Do not handout personal cards or telephone numbers to Clients, this would constitute suspension of the person’s link with the Company and the non-payment of the services.
  • Take care of everything on the property and put what is in the Condominium to good use.
  • The treatment is the same for all clients, respect and honesty.
